Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard and Care Credit. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at 303.485.6595. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings. If you need a payment plan option we offer :

1) Care Credit:  A private company that specializes in medical/dental expenses that excede insurance benefits and immediate out of pocket expenses.  A pre- approval is needed prior to any treatment appointment and we can assist in the pre-approval process. 

2) Layaway:  pre-pay for treatment to be rendered in the future 

**We do not accept Secondary Insurance plans, but we will be happy to get all necessary information needed for you to file the claim and get reimbursed to the home.  We appreciate your understanding. 

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEES REGARDLESS OF YOUR INSURANCE COVERAGE.  WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH AN ESTIMATED OUT OF POCKET EXPENSE FOR ANY TREATMENT BUT THIS IS ONLY AN ESTIMATE.  IF YOU WOULD LIKE A PRE-AUTHORIZAITON FOR ANY TREATMENT DIAGNOSED, WE WILL BE GLAD TO HELP.  THERE ARE COUNTLESS INSUANCE POLICIES.  INSURANCES ARE CONTRACTED BETWEEN  EMPLOYER AND THE INSURANCE COMPANY.  OUR OFFICE IS NOT GIVEN AND IS UNFAMILIAR WITH THE TERMS OF YOUR POLICY  SO PLEASE BE AWARE OF YOUR POLICY'S LIMITATIONS AND PARTICULARS.  

We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within two to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame so we can help you  following up with your insurance company. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
