Insurance Information

At Aesthetic Dental Center, P.C. of Firestone we make every effort to provide you with the finest care possible and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this, we will work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance benefits and except insurance as partial payment. We will estimate what your insurance may pay and estimate your out of pocket portion at the time services are rendered. If we know far enough in advance we can send a pre-authorization to your insurance company at your request.  A pre-authorization usually takes 4-6 weeks, and will send both a notification to our office and you home. We are a provider for Delta Dental Premier and accept all traditional insurances. If you have a PPO dental plan your benefits would be out of network.

Please call if you have any questions or concerns regarding your initial visit.

Please bring your insurance information with you to the initial visit so that we can bill your insurance. Otherwise the full amount will be due at your appointment and we can bill for reimbursement.
